Myrthe Weijschedé is a work and organizationalpsychologistand has also worked as a consultant in the corporate world. Questions about self-confidence are something she sees a lot in both the business world and her role as a psychologist. She finds self-reflection and awareness an important step in this, so that you can then take the right steps to further develop that self-confidence.


Irene Bakker is a psychologist at iPractice, the mental health institution behind OpenUp. Irene has a lot of experience in treating negative self-image. In order to take the step to the here-and-now, she believes it's important to understand the theory behind problems. This way she can help you to deal with the situation and tackle that negative self-image!
